I posted ages ago about these white chocolate macadamia nut cookies.
I made them again last week for a dinner party we hosted and I seriously forgot how darn good these cookies are!! So I thought it deserved another blog post! I like to share the yumminess! And I kind of like to feel like I’m not the only one breaking “resolutions” and abandoning “goals” if ya catch my drift!
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 well beaten egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pkg. white chocolate chips
- chopped macadamia nuts
- Soften the butter slightly
- Cream the sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, & butter
- Add the egg & mix thoroughly
- Add flour & baking soda & mix
- Add white chocolate chips & chopped nuts. Mix well.
- Roll into 1” balls and place on a nonstick cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes.
- Cool on a cooling rack.
