Console Table Bliss

I am grinning from ear to ear and have been since Saturday!! 

We got a new console table!!!!!! 

{oh, it’s the simple things in life}

I saw it in Hobby Lobby and took a picture of it on my iPhone.  I was in love from the moment I laid eyes on it!

Gorgeous!

I showed it to my husband when he got home from work that night and told him how much I was in love with it.

Well, on Saturday we had a date night and decided to go to Bonefish for dinner {which happens to be right next door to Hobby Lobby}.  He suggested we go in and take a look at it and I, of course, obliged!  When he saw it, he liked it too and so we bought it {of course using our 40% off coupon}!

I got it home and put it in it’s place and it was perfect!!  Almost……

I wasn’t in love with the knobs.  The aged gold look just didn’t vibe with the rest of the room {we put it in the family room}.

So I replaced them with some “crystal” knobs I already had on hand from Hobby Lobby!

Much better!  {nevermind the ugly lamp & the tray….both are being replaced soon}

And because everybody loves a before & after……

  

I am so happy with my new console table!  It’s amazing how the addition of one new piece can really transform a space!
